Leasing Consultant (Mandarin Speaking) | Docklands VIC | $65–70K Super Car Allowance An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our growing property management team in Docklands . This role has become available as our current Leasing Executive is leaving to pursue a different career path. If you’re a confident communicator, thrive on pace and inspections, and can support Mandarin-speaking clients, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end leasing activities across a well-established portfolio, including: Managing property advertising (online listings, updates and presentation) Handling enquiry management and follow-ups Scheduling and conducting open inspections Processing applications including reference checks Coordinating lease approvals and onboarding Completing ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Maintaining accurate records and notes in property systems Portfolio that you can expect to be doing leasing for: Total properties: approx. 260 Mix: 23 landed 237 units/apartments Locations: Majority in CBD and city fringe, with approx. 10% in the suburbs Ideal Candidate: Minimum 1 year experience in a Leasing Consultant role (or similar) Mandarin speaking (essential) Confident using property management software such as PropertyTree, Inspection Express (or similar) Strong customer service, time management and relationship-building skills Well-presented, organised and able to manage a high-volume workflow Hours & Saturday's: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: Based on inspection requirement Any Saturday hours worked will be recorded as Time in Lieu , to be taken during the week with written approval.
